Widzew Łódź Football Club has been supporting the activities of the "Krwinka" Foundation for years, which provides care to children with oncohematological diseases and their families. The cooperation with the Łódź team is very diverse. Many times, the little Oncoheroes accompanied the footballers on their way to the pitch. In addition, Widzew representatives visited brave patients in the hospital on Sporna Street, spent time with them playing together, and gave them Christmas gifts.

 

 

On August 23, 2024, a match was held to commemorate the legendary Coach of the Widzew Łódź team - Franciszek Smuda. With the consent of the family, unique gadgets with the image of the Coach were prepared, made available in the fan shop before the meeting of the Widzew Łódź and Radomiak Radom teams. The income from the sale of the products will be donated to the beneficiaries of the "Krwinka" Foundation. This wonderful initiative will allow for real support for children with oncohematological diseases during the long-term treatment process.
