
On a cold day on December 9, the pediatric oncohematology department at the hospital in Łódź turned into a place full of warmth and joy thanks to the "Angel Day" initiative. Organized in cooperation with Justyna Ratajczyk-Pawlicka, Aleksandra Jarczewska-Musiałowska and students of the Vocational Activity School Complex (ZSAZ) in Zduńska Wola, the event resulted in an unforgettable experience for mothers of oncological children.
On a cold day on December 9, the pediatric oncohematology department at the hospital in Łódź turned into a place full of warmth and joy thanks to the "Angel Day" initiative. Organized in cooperation with Justyna Ratajczyk-Pawlicka, Aleksandra Jarczewska-Musiałowska and students of the Vocational Activity School Complex (ZSAZ) in Zduńska Wola, the event resulted in an unforgettable experience for mothers of oncological children.
Justyna Ratajczyk-Pawlicka, with talent and artistic sensitivity, took care of mothers' makeup, giving them shine and self-confidence. Additionally, she organized a professional photo session, creating souvenirs full of smiles and positive energy. These special moments were immortalized in photos that will become a treasured memory.
Aleksandra Jarczewska-Musiałowska, with great care and professionalism, performed treatments that not only regenerated the skin of the hands, but also were a source of relaxation and relief for mothers. Additionally, Aleksandra gave the families gifts that became an expression of support and solidarity, bringing smiles and a sense of closeness in difficult times.
ZSAZ students showed extraordinary commitment, offering their skills in hairdressing and cosmetics. Their professional approach and attention to detail made each participant feel special. Thanks to their work, many mothers were able to break away from everyday worries for a moment.
Volunteers of the Krwinka Foundation provided care for the youngest patients, enabling parents to fully benefit from the treatments offered. The children had the opportunity to play and participate in various activities that allowed them to forget about the hardships of treatment for a while.
"Angel's Day" is an event that emphasized the importance of empathy, support and moments of relaxation in the lives of families of oncological children. The Krwinka Foundation, together with volunteers and ZSAZ students, Justyna Ratajczyk-Pawlicka and Aleksandra Jarczewska- Musiałowska, created a day full of positive energy that will remain in the participants' memories for a long time. It's a reminder that even in the hardest of times you can find reasons to smile and that no one is alone in their struggle.
