It was a great afternoon! On December 14, at the Altana Kreatywności in Zielony by Synergia, the "TOGETHER FOR ONCO-HEROES" workshop was held for our future volunteers.

It was a great afternoon! On December 14, at the Altana Kreatywności in Zielony by Synergia, the "TOGETHER FOR ONCO-HEROES" workshop was held for our future volunteers. The meeting began with a speech by the Foundation's President, Elżbieta Budny, during which participants learned about the history of "Krwinka". A short film and presentation introduced the way our organization operates and the goals of the actions undertaken. Then, detailed information about volunteering and the benefits of involvement in working for others were presented.

In the next part of the workshops, future volunteers had an excellent opportunity to meet new people, relax and break away from everyday duties. Jacek Jankowski - our psychologist, took care of this and prepared games aimed at integrating the participants and putting a smile on their faces. The pleasant atmosphere created during joint games was conducive to the next stage of the meeting - group work. During intensive brainstorming and resource work, each team came up with new volunteering spaces in which they could get involved.

After a delicious lunch, it was time for the practical part. Mrs. Karolina Barycka-Kozyra from Akademia Umiejętności Prorespiro presented breathing exercises that reduce stress and tension. Additionally, Ms. Karolina provided us with a lot of valuable information about how the body functions under stress. The acquired knowledge will certainly help you cope better in difficult times.
