General provisions

1. The regulations of the regulations specify the website from the Krwinka Foundation website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), available under the service: https://www.krwinka.org

The entity running the Website and services provided electronically is the Krwinka Foundation, entered into the organization of associations, other social organizations and institutions, foundations and services related to care services under the number KRS 0000165702, whose registration files are handled by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Commercial Department of the National Court Register, NIP: 729–17–34–146; REGON: 471279394 (hereinafter referred to as the "Foundation").

3. The online payment operator is Dotpay Limited Liability Company with its registered office in Kraków, at ul. Wielicka 28 B, registered by the District Court Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the number 0000700791; NIP (tax identification number): 6342661860; REGON number 240770255. 4. The Website User is any person who uses it.
5. The website works on the basis of analyzing "cookies". The information contained in cookies is, among others in statistical and functional data. The rules for the use of "cookies" by the Foundation are contained in the Privacy Policy available under the service: https://www.krwinka.org/polityka-prywatnosci
6. All rights to the Website, including intellectual property rights to its name, internet domains, as well as to templates, forms, logos, banners and photos posted on the Website, should be granted to the Foundation. How to use materials, provide services, you may not be reproduced or offered in any form and in any way to use the fields of use, attach and copy, photocopying and digitization, including offering services on the Internet, without the Foundation's written consent, for additional written materials the phrase "Download", which can be downloaded and used in accordance with the law.

Terms of Service

1. The User using the Website is obliged to read these Regulations and to comply with its provisions.

2. Maintenance services are registered and do not require registration.

3. The User must pay the costs of connecting to the Website, in accordance with the price list of the telecommunications operator serving him.

4. The Foundation through the Website uses various services:
   a) get acquainted with the content taken into account by the Foundation, analysis of its statutory activities and current actions to help children in need and about current projects and projects that the Foundation implements,
   b) contacting the Foundation,
   c) making payments (donations) for online payment transactions.

5. Online payment data exchange service for the Foundation to support its statutory activity.
6. The Foundation is not an entity providing payment services.
7. Online payments are available through the dotpay.pl online payment service.

9. You are redirected to dotpay.pl by clicking on the link lines on the Website.
10. All liabilities must be expressed in PLN (PLN)
11. As part of online payments, you can pay by the following methods: online bank transfer; credit or debit card.
    
12. The use of trademarks or graphic works on copyright belonging to the Foundation without the Foundation's consent is prohibited.
13. In order to meet the needs of users of services on the Website, extensions are available:
    a) Connection to internet access;
    b) possession of devices enabling the use of Internet resources;
    c) Use a web browser that allows you to view hypertext document files, network connections over a web service network, and support JavaScript programming language, as well as other cookies.
14. The Foundation indicates that the use of maintenance services related to the properties of the Internet and user's computer equipment, these Foundation has no influence.
15. It is prohibited to place illegal content on the Website, in particular content calling for racial, ethnic, religious or sexual orientation hatred, containing pornographic content, praising fascism, Nazism, communism, promoting violence, offending religious feelings, violating the rights of others persons, in particular their personal rights.

16. The Foundation, if they become aware of the posting of illegal content on the Website, will immediately prevent access to it. In the event of unjustified blocking of access to published content, please contact us at fundacja@krwinka.pl within 7 days from the date of blocking. After this period, the published content may be irretrievably removed by the Foundation.

17. The Website User publishes all content and comments on his own behalf and only at his own risk.
